i found the staff helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable and well kept. breakfast options were varied and satisfying. luggage assistance was prompt and efficient.
the front desk area was occasionally a bit crowded , especially during peak hours.

efficient check-in spacious room plentiful buffet
check in was efficient and the staff greeted me warmly. the room was ready when i arrived and it felt clean and larger than i thought it would be. i appreciated the robes and slippers provided in the room. the breakfast buffet offered a large variety and the food tasted very good.
i noticed a slight delay once while waiting for the elevator.

The location is really central. a porter met me near the sea and carried my bags. the reception staff always provided assistance. i had lunch and late afternoon wine at the central restaurant. It was a fine way to relax.
the breakfast was included but was not really good.

The concierge was wonderful and helpful. He arranged tickets for both opera and concerts. he also offered advice about exchanging money at better rates and recommended places to eat. the staff were professional.

the room overlooked the square and was tastefully designed. double pane windows helped keep the room quiet. the beds were amazing and very comfortable. the room was recently refurbished.
